The MultiCheck 6 offers ease of operation, maximum efficiency and enhanced operator convenience.
This fully automatic combination tester is packed with innovative technology: An intuitive touch display with integrated MC.NET software functionality, a capsule weight measuring system and a patented Oblong Navigator® are only a few of the many innovative features. On top of this, the MultiCheck 6 offers an unsurpassed low noise level and the cleanest operation in its class.
Proven features have been retained: The MultiCheck 6 can test up to five tablet parameters, is fully automated and 100% compliant with all pharmacopoeias across the world - a true all-rounder.
With its empty capsule weight measuring system, MultiCheck 6 is able to determine the capsule weight and automatically deduct the weight of the empty capsule from the weight of the filled ones. Direct ejection immediately after the weight measurement speeds up the measuring process.
With the patented turntable technology, irregularly-shaped oblongs and tablets can be correctly aligned and easily checked for diameter, width and length.
The intuitive touch display makes the device easy to operate.
The direct measurement menu allows tests to be started quickly and results to be saved immediately.
Easy to Use - Extensive Features
When developing the MultiCheck 6 touch display, we focused on the functions that are most useful to the user: Simple and quick creation of methods, starting tests and documenting test results. The intuitive touch display makes it easy to operate the available features. Thanks to the integrated MC.NET software functions, measurements can be started and results displayed directly on the device.
Test Result Storage
The device stores 100 products/methods as standard and has a product memory that can store up to 1 million test results - so results from previous tests can be retrieved at any time.
In addition, extensive integrated calibration functions and the Audit Trail Light feature (logging of What, Who, When) ensure that you always have access to precise test results and extensive documentation of all work steps - maximum ease of use combined with powerful functionality.
The ERWEKA AutoCal 2.0 system is a calibration tool for the automated calibration of the hardness tester station - without weights, external PC and software.
Calibration has never been so easy: The AutoCal 2.0 USB stick is plugged into the USB port of the TBH x25 (previous series without USB port require an adapter) and the connected certified load cell is inserted into the hardness testing station.
The entire system (adjustment and calibration) is now carried out via the hardness tester's keypad and display. The device performs the adjustment automatically and the calibration can be checked for linearity by checking up to three points within the measuring range. In addition, a documentation report can be created via the standard printer interface.
